To request deletion of your CrewAssign account and its data:
Email crewassign@j0e.us
with the subject Account deletion request, from the email address
you use to sign in to CrewAssign.
You do not need to install or open the app to make this request.
If you still have CrewAssign installed, open Profile and choose Delete Account. That submits the same request. This web page exists so you can still ask even if you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
Your account and the personal information associated with it: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, sign-in history, notification preferences, saved device tokens for push notifications, and any two-factor authentication secret.
Submitting a request starts a review of up to 30 days. We will tell you what happens to your data.
🔎 Why there is a review rather than an instant deletion, stated plainly because it affects what you can expect: CrewAssign is used by companies to manage their crews, and some of the records that mention you — completed time entries, job-site history, invoices — are business records belonging to your employer, who may be legally required to keep them. Those records cannot always be removed immediately without destroying your employer's books.
Where a record must be retained for that reason, we will say so in our response. Short-lived security data (password reset tokens, session tokens, rate-limit counters) expires automatically and is not retained.
If your employer provides CrewAssign to you, they control your work record — see the Privacy Policy for who controls what. You may also want to raise the request with your company administrator.
